Do you ever feel like you're on the outside looking in... you can never get on the other side of the window to be part of what's happening on the inside.
It happened to me on occasions, my friends would be playing with me outside and then they’d have to go home and have their tea. We’d all walk the friend home and then the rest of us would just mill about waiting for them to finish. You’d look through the window and see life continuing but it wasn’t your house, it wasn’t your tea. You couldn’t be part of it.
When it happens to us as adults we often find that our heart hurts, we've tried so much to be part of a scene or an opportunity but we just "don't belong,”
No matter how hard you try, you can't get past the window, you've given your all but it just never seems enough...whether it be friendships, jobs, relationships, a dream that hasn't birthed yet...you just don't fit or you just can't completely find the result within your reach to grasp it!
But when we take ourselves above the situation and look down on the reality of what we face, we quickly start to see things as our Heavenly Father down. We find that we're blessed more than you know. Your inside is there, your other side of the window will come. The hurt may seem unshakeable, the disappointment may seem unbearable but there's still Hope! When your hope is placed in the one who made you, don't give up, your other side is just around the corner.
Rest knowing you're loved by your Heavenly Father and He has the very best for you.
